Registration required
Every operator submits a node request before any license or enrollment credential exists.
Every ValkNet/VIX node is registered, licensed and explicitly authorized.
Running software is not the same as joining VIX. A node becomes trusted only after owner approval, licensing, one-time enrollment, local Ed25519 identity generation and verification of a master-signed VIX entitlement.

Owner approval
Only the designated ValkNet owner account can approve a request and authorize licensing.
Active license required
Enrollment and continuing heartbeat acceptance both require an active tenant license.
VIX-signed entitlement
Unknown, expired, suspended or revoked nodes are not accepted as authorized members of the VIX trust fabric.

Unauthorized copies are not trusted nodes.
A copied, altered or independently installed package cannot authenticate as an approved VIX node without a valid master-issued license, one-time enrollment credential and cryptographically signed entitlement. Revocation or license suspension removes its authorization from the VIX control plane.
